When performance or actor data is added or modified in the database, a network of derived affiliations is built up. For performance reasons, only the affiliations that are relevant to the record in questions are built at the time. This form allows you to completely rebuild the entire set of derived affiliations. This may be appropriate if a change in functionality measn that the rules of the derived network have changed.
